SEC. 57.408.5.1.4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF THE FEES.
 
   The building owner shall be responsible for payment of the fees associated with the issuance of the Fire Safety Director Certificate by the Fire Department as described in Section 57.408.10.1.1.
