Chapter 4 of the California Fire Code (CFC) is hereby adopted by reference with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions; and where the CFC did not adopt the IFC, the Department hereby adopts Sections 403.11 through 403.11.3.3, 404.2.3 through 404.2.3.2, and 406.3.4 of the IFC by reference with the following exceptions, modifications, and additions.
