The owner, manager, or person in control of each residential or institutional occupancy shall post or cause to be posted conspicuously in the lobby of each establishment a printed notice with the wording “FIRE REGULATIONS” in not less than 14 point bold face type, and the text of Section 57.305.5.1.2 in not less than 12 point bold face type, and shall also post such notice, or cause such notice to be posted, in each unit of occupancy within such establishment designed or intended for the use of, or used by, transients, and at such other locations as may be directed by the Chief.
