At the discretion of the Chief, inspections may be conducted for the purpose of determining compliance with this section and to cause to be corrected any information which is discovered to be either different from information in the application for a permit or HMRRP authorization or any amendment to the Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste Inventory Form filed with the City, or inaccurate, concerning the handling of hazardous substances at a business site.
