All applications for a permit shall be filed with the Fire Department, and shall be in writing on forms provided by the Fire Department. At the time an application for a permit is filed, the Fire Department shall collect the established fees pursuant to this chapter. All applications shall be reviewed for completeness and acceptability for the purposes of this chapter.
