If any owner or operator of a high-rise building does not comply with notices to correct violations cited in the annual inspection, and more than one re-inspection is necessary, a charge based on an inspector’s hourly rate (two-hour minimum) for each subsequent re-inspection shall be added to the annual inspection fee in the event such re-inspection costs have not been charged and collected during the preceding calendar year.
