Notwithstanding any other provision of this article to the contrary, the Chief shall have the power to revoke or suspend any permit, at the Chief’s discretion, upon proof to the satisfaction of the Chief of violation by the permittee of the provisions of this article, the Rules and Regulations of this Department amended under the authority of Section 57.104.1.1, or the terms and conditions of any permit as may be specified under the authority of Section 57.105.3.9. Such revocation or suspension shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 57.105.5.
