Each valid permit issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 57.105.6 shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises for which the same is issued. Persons engaged in the business of operating or maintaining any oil well shall keep the permit available for inspection at the main office or principal place of business of the permittee.
