SEC. 57.103.3.1.1. DESIGNATION OF FIRE MARSHAL.
 
   The Chief shall designate a Deputy Fire Chief of the Department who shall serve as Fire Marshal with the authority to exercise the power and perform the duties of the Fire Marshal.
