541.99 PENALTY.

   Any all-purpose vehicle, including vehicles commonly known as all-terrain vehicles, used in violation of Section 541.03 or Section 541.04 is hereby declared to be contraband and shall be seized and disposed of in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2933.43.
