517.20 TEMPORARY DENIAL OF PERMIT ISSUANCE.

Any charitable organization violating Sections 517.15, 517.16 or 517.19 in addition to the penalties provided, shall not be issued any permit as required by Section 517.15 for a period of two years from the date of the violation.
