No person, while on the premises of any drive-in restaurant, shall in the presence or hearing of another curse or abuse such person, or use any violently abusive language to such person concerning him or any of his female companions under circumstances reasonably calculated to provoke a breach of the peace.

No person, while on the premises of any drive-in restaurant, shall use loud and vociferous, or obscene, vulgar or indecent language, or swear or curse, or yell or shriek in a manner calculated to disturb the person or persons present at such place.

It is declared to be the intention and purpose of this chapter not to repeal any ordinances now in effect applicable to premises such as drive-in restaurants. It is hereby declared that the purpose of this chapter is to make this chapter cumulative with all other applicable ordinances. However, in event of any conflict in language between this chapter and other ordinances applicable to drive-in restaurants, the language of this chapter shall prevail.

It shall be the duty of the drive-in restaurant operator to post on the premises in a conspicuous location one or more signs bearing the following legend:
“CRUISING, RACING, UNAUTHORIZED PARKING, CONGREGATING, LOITERING, LITTERING, ABUSIVE OR PROVOCATIVE LANGUAGE PROHIBITED BY CITY ORDINANCE”.
