725.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, where another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).

(b) Whoever violates the provisions of Section 725.08 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
