725.04 BEER, INTOXICATING LIQUOR PROHIBITED ON PREMISES.
   No patron or other person on the premises of a drive-in restaurant, whether in or out of an automobile, shall drink any beer or other intoxicating liquor or have in his possession any open bottle, can, or other receptacle containing beer or alcoholic beverages of any other type, nature or description. 725.05 PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDUCT.
   The following acts or conduct of any person entering any drive-in restaurant premises is hereby declared to be unlawful, and any person found guilty of any such act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined as provided by Section 725.99:
   (a)   To enter the premises of any drive-in restaurant in a motor vehicle of any description and park such vehicle and leave the premises without getting the consent of the owner or operator of such restaurant. In such event, the vehicle may be impounded subject to the usual impounding charges.
   (b)   To enter such premises in a motor vehicle of any kind and use such premises for cruising, racing, as a shortcut to another street or to annoy or endanger any person or other vehicle lawfully on such premises.
   (c)   For three or more persons to congregate on the premises and linger or loiter at any location on the premises of any drive-in restaurant other than in the restaurant building or in a legally parked motor vehicle.

725.06 TRASH RECEPTACLES AT EXITS REQUIRED.
   It is hereby declared to be the duty of the owner or operator of a drive-in restaurant to provide not less than two receptacles for the receipt of trash, litter, paper, napkins, cups and remnants of food at each exit, available to the patrons as they leave the premises. Failure of the owner or operator of a drive-in restaurant to provide such receptacles shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, such person shall be fined as provided in Section 725.99. 725.07 LITTERING CITY STREETS PROHIBITED.
   No patron of a drive-in restaurant shall throw or deposit any of the litter mentioned in Section 725.06 anywhere on the grounds or on the streets of the City, save and except in the receptacles provided therefor. Any person violating this provision shall be fined as provided for in Section 725.99.
