274.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby established a Civil Service Commission in and for the City. The Mayor shall appoint three persons as members of the Commission according to Ohio R.C. 124.40. One member shall act as Clerk.

274.02 HEARING OFFICER.
   The Civil Service Commission is hereby authorized to hire a hearing officer for the purpose of hearing appeals from suspensions, layoffs and terminations.
