Planned unit development districts shall be approved in accordance with the procedure in §§ 157.268 to 157.282. It is the intent of these sections to incorporate the review and approval of development plans with the amendment process to remove the necessity, in many instances, to proceed under §§ 157.059 to 157.070 prior to the commencement of the planned unit development plan review and approval process.
