(A) Filing of application. The owner of any electrically powered or low-speed vehicle may apply for a permit to operate same on specified streets of the city. Application should be made to the City of Locust Police Department on the forms provided by the city.
(B) Fee for issuance of permits. The fee for the issuance of permits for use of electrically powered or low-speed vehicles on the streets of the city shall be established by the City Council of the city and may be revised from time to time by the City Council. All registrations shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk.
