Editor’s note:
The municipality issues building and plumbing permits for nonindustrialized one-, two- and three-family dwellings and appurtenant structures and charges fees therefore in accordance with the fee schedule established by the Board of County Commissioners. The state issues such permits for multi-family (four-family or more) and mercantile buildings and structures and industrialized one-, two- and three-family dwellings.
