(a) The Police Department shall inspect or cause to be inspected at least once every three months all junk yards or junk shops in the municipality. The purpose of such inspections shall be to determine that such premises are operated in conformity with this chapter and are kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
(b) The Police Department shall report its findings to the Village Administrator and the Administrator shall enforce this chapter.
