§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of any provision of this title for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Every person who shall be convicted of riding a bicycle, skateboard, or inline skates in the prohibited area, as described in § 71.20 and Ch. 76, Sch. III of this code, shall be fined a sum not to exceed $500.

   (C)   Any person, upon conviction for violation of § 72.21 or Ch. 77, Sch. IV, shall be fined the sum of $50, and, in addition, the motor vehicle may be removed or towed away for storage on any city property or in a public garage or parking lot, the vehicle to be restored to the owner or operator thereof after payment of the expense incurred by the city in removing and storing the vehicle.

   (D)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 73.01 et seq. shall be subject to a fine of $750. Each and every act in violation constitutes a separate offense; and each and every day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (E)   Any violation of Ch. 76, Sch. I shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.

   (F)   Any violation of Ch. 76, Sch. II shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
