No person shall enter, drive upon, stop, or park any motor vehicle having a gross vehicle weight of more than the stated limit upon the municipal parking lot(s) as set forth in Ch. 77, Sch. IV of this code. Parking shall be restricted as described therein for all trucks, excepting, however, what are commonly referred to as pick-up trucks.
