§ 71.20 BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, AND THE LIKE RESTRICTED IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   (A)   No bicycles, skateboards, or inline skates shall be ridden or parked on sidewalks in the areas designated in Ch. 76, Sch. III of this code.
   (B)   Bicycles shall be parked only in plainly designated areas identified by the Police Department.
   (C)   Signs shall be erected to notify the public of the prohibition contained in this section, under the supervision of the Police Chief.
