Any person who is found to have violated or failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter by a court of competent jurisdiction, will be fined the sum as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”. A separate and distinct violation shall be deemed committed on each day during which any person is or remains in noncompliance with the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 96-2776, 5-20-1996; amd.
