3-3-4: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:
Applications for licenses shall be made to the business office manager in writing and shall state the name of the applicant, the location to be used and all such other information as may be requested by the application form as amended from time to time. Upon receipt of the application, the business office manager shall notify the chief of police who shall investigate the character of the applicant, and shall report to the business office manager the result of such investigation. No license shall be issued to any person of bad character nor to any person who shall have been convicted of receiving stolen goods, burglary, robbery, theft or any other crime or offense involving stealth or deception. 3-3-5: PREMISES REQUIREMENTS:
   (A)   All operations, activities and storage shall be conducted wholly inside a building or buildings.
   (B)   Pawnshops are hereby expressly prohibited within the village. (Ord. 96-2825, 12-2-1996)
3-3-6: PURCHASE FROM MINORS PROHIBITED:
All antique dealers and other secondhand stores, together with all dealers of junk, rags or any secondhand article whatsoever, within the village, be and the same are hereby forbidden and prohibited from purchasing any article whatsoever from any minors, without the written consent of their parents or guardian. 3-3-7: PENALTY:
Any person who is found to have violated or failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter by a court of competent jurisdiction, will be fined the sum as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”. A separate and distinct violation shall be deemed committed on each day during which any person is or remains in noncompliance with the terms of this chapter.
