1-12-5: WATER OR SEWER CONNECTION:
   (A)   It shall be the policy of the Village of Lisle to require annexation of property that is contiguous to the Village's corporate boundary when said property is connecting to the Village's water distribution system or sanitary sewer system.
   (B)   It shall be the policy of the Village of Lisle to require execution of an agreement for annexation (pre-annexation agreement) when a property located within the Village's planning boundary, but is not currently contiguous to the Village's corporate boundary, is connecting the Village's water distribution system or sanitary sewer system. 1-12-6: AMENDMENTS:
A petition for an amendment to any existing annexation agreement shall be heard and considered in the same manner as and is provided for original agreements. (2022-4989, 12-5-2022)
1-12-7: FEES:
Annexation fees shall be as set forth in Title 1, Chapter 20, of the Lisle Village Code.
