§ 34.01 LINTON AIRPORT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Linton Airport Authority under provisions of I.C. 8-22-3.
   (B)   This section be in full force and effect from the date of its passage and approval by the Common Council and the Mayor of the City of Linton, Indiana.
