§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.08 of this code shall upon conviction be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $50 nor more than $200. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation of any provision of these sections occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or other well owner violating any provision of §§ 91.20 through 91.23 of this code shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $500 together with the cost of prosecution. Each 24-hour period that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 91.35 and 91.36 of this code shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $10 nor more than $50 together with all costs of prosecution. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of § 91.38 of this code shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $10 nor more than $50 together with all costs of prosecution. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
