§ 91.20 PRIVATE WELL; FILLING REQUIRED; EXEMPTIONS.
   All private wells located on any premises which is served by the public water system of the village shall be properly filled by the owner. Only those wells for which a well operation permit has been issued by the Village Clerk-Treasurer may be exempt from this requirement, subject to conditions of maintenance and operation.
