460.01 PARKING.
   (a)   The Lincoln Park Board of Education shall cause lines or marks to be painted on the surface of the parking areas located on the Board properties in the City to designate the spaces to be used for vehicular parking thereon. No person shall park any vehicle across any such lines or marks or park such vehicle in such a way that the same is not within the area so designated by such lines or markings, unless the vehicle is too large to be confined in one such space.
   (b)   No person shall park, stand or stop a motor vehicle except in compliance with the directions of a police officer at any place upon Board property where official signs prohibit parking, standing or stopping.
   (c)   No person shall park any motor vehicle on any Board property in the City for longer than one hour between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, where signs are erected and maintained by the Board giving notice of such parking restriction. However, this prohibition shall not apply to vehicles which display on their windshields a sticker or emblem issued by the Board giving permission to the owner of the vehicle to park such vehicle for a longer period of time.

460.02 ONE-WAY TRAFFIC.
   The Lincoln Park Board of Education shall cause appropriate signs to be posted on school property, wherever it deems such signs necessary, designating any roadway, alley, street, thoroughfare or parking area on such property to be a one-way street, alley, roadway or thoroughfare. No person shall move or cause any vehicle to be moved or parked or stand any vehicle in any direction different from that indicated on any such street, alley, roadway, parking area or thoroughfare so designated for one-way traffic.

460.03 SPEED LIMITS; ASSURED CLEAR DISTANCE AHEAD.
   Any person operating a motor vehicle on Lincoln Park Board of Education property in the City shall operate the same at a careful and prudent speed, not greater than nor less than is reasonable and proper, having due regard to the traffic, the surface and width of the traffic lane in which the vehicle is traveling and any other conditions then existing. In no event shall any such person operate a motor vehicle on such property at a speed greater than that which will permit him or her to bring the vehicle to a stop within an assured clear distance ahead. In no event shall the speed of any vehicle operated on such property exceed fifteen miles per hour. (1979 Code Sec. 10.63.030)
