(A) The 911 Director, along with the County Sheriff’s Department, shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter, including the issuance of violations and any other appropriate action. In the event that the owner/occupant of any house or building refuses to comply with this chapter by failing to affix the number assigned within 60 days after notification he or she will be fined not less that $10 or more than $25 per offense. Each day during which the violation exists may be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person who unlawfully defaces, removes, moves or causes to be moved any road or street sign in such a way that it is not visible shall be subject to a fine of $150 for each offense.
