§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 90.002 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a minimum first offense fine of $25 per animal, a second violation of § 90.002 of this chapter in a six-month period the minimum fine of $40 and a third violation of § 90.002 of this chapter in a six-month period will result in a summons to appear at the next available court date.
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 90.003 of this chapter shall be summoned to appear at the next available court date.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 90.004 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a minimum fine of $75.
      (4)   Additionally, any person violating any provision of §§ 90.001 through 90.027 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.

   (C)   Upon the conviction of any person or persons charged with a violation of §§ 90.040 through 90.042 of this chapter or any provisions thereof, such person or persons shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be subject to a fine as imposed by § 91.999 of this code of ordinances.
