For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
FOWL. Excluding any domesticated birds such as parakeets and parrots, but including, but not limited to, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, pheasant and pigeons.
LIVESTOCK. Any cattle, horses, mules, sheep, goats, hogs, pigs, swine or other hard hoofed animals.
PERSON. Any entity, including, but not limited to person, firm, partnership, corporation or association.
