§ 452.17 PARKING AFTER SNOWFALL.
   (a)   Within 12 hours after four inches or more of snow has fallen on any public street within the City, no owner, driver or person in charge of any vehicle shall park the same upon any street or public ground other than routes designated pursuant to Section 452.16. No such person shall fail to remove forthwith any vehicle parked thereon except when:
      (1)   Snow has been removed from the portions of the street adjacent to a curb for an entire City block.
      (2)   Snow has not been removed from the portions of the street adjacent to a curb within 72 hours after the termination of four inches or more of snowfall.
      (3)   The vehicle is legally parked, on an odd-numbered calendar day, on a side of the street which has odd-numbered building addresses.
      (4)   The vehicle is legally parked, on an even-numbered calendar day, on a side of the street which has even-numbered building addresses.
   (b)   This section shall not be construed to permit parking on a street or any portion thereof where parking is not permitted. Failure to remove a vehicle as herein provided shall be sufficient reason for members of the Police Department to impound such vehicle, in accordance with Section 404.07.
