206.01 WARDS ESTABLISHED.

   Pursuant to Section 25 of the City Charter, and effective January 1, 2023, the City is hereby divided into seven (7) wards, as described in this chapter.

206.02 FIRST WARD.

   Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of N. West St. and the Conrail Railroad (formerly the Penn-Central Railroad); thence northwesterly with the centerline of the Conrail Railroad (formerly the Penn-Central Railroad) to the centerline of Victory St.; thence northerly with the centerline of Victory St. to the centerline of Hazel Ave.; thence easterly with the centerline of Hazel Ave. to the centerline of N. Metcalf St.; thence northerly with the centerline of N. Metcalf St. to the centerline of Brower Rd. also being the corporation line as of November 1, 2022; thence easterly and southerly with the meanderings of the corporation line as of November 1, 2022 to the centerline of E. Robb Ave.; thence easterly with the centerline of E. Robb Ave. to the centerline of the CSX Railroad (formerly the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad); thence southerly with the centerline of the CSX Railroad (formerly the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad) to the centerline of E. Murphy St., extended to the east; thence westerly with the extended centerline of E. Murphy St. and continuing westerly with the centerline of Murphy St. to the centerline of Cherry Alley (Cherry Alley being a north-south alley running parallel with and between N. Main St. and N. Elizabeth St.); thence southerly with the centerline of Cherry Alley to the centerline of W. McKibben St.; thence westerly with the centerline of W. McKibben St. to the centerline of N. West St.; thence southerly with the centerline of N. West St. to the centerline of the Conrail Railroad (formerly the Penn-Central Railroad), being the Point of Beginning.

   Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Victory St. and the Conrail Railroad (formerly the Penn-Central Railroad); thence northwesterly with the centerline of the Conrail Railroad (formerly the Penn-Central Railroad) to where said centerline intersects the corporation line as of November 1, 2022 east of N. Cole St.; thence easterly and northerly with the meanderings of the corporation line as of November 1, 2022 to the centerline of N. Metcalf St.; thence southerly with the centerline of N. Metcalf St. to the centerline of Hazel Ave.; thence westerly with the centerline of Hazel Ave. to the centerline of Victory St.; thence southerly with the centerline of Victory St. to the centerline of the Conrail Railroad (formerly the Penn-Central Railroad), being the Point of Beginning.
