§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A person violating § 150.004 will be fined $25. Each day that a property is not in compliance with § 150.004 shall be deemed a separate violation of that section. The violations may be admitted before the Ordinance Violation Bureau within ten days of the alleged violation. Thereafter the violation will be prosecuted in the manner that ordinances are customarily enforced.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 150.015 through 150.025 may be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $2,500. The assessment of a monetary penalty shall in no way limit the operation of the penalties, provided elsewhere in §§ 150.001 through 150.003, and 150.015 through 150.025.

   (D)   Any mobile home or trailer home aforesaid arriving in the city or its zoning limits to the enactment of §§ 150.075 through 150.077 shall be assessed a fine of $10 per day for each and every day the mobile home or trailer home remains within the zoning limits. Any trailer now located within the zoning limits of the city which shall change its location within the zoning limits, shall be deemed a new arrival within the city, and any right to remain within the city zoning limits is cancelled.
