ADOPTING ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE 775-2010

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIGONIER INDIANA ADOPTING THE 2010 CITY OF LIGONIER CODE OF ORDINANCES PREPARED BY AMERICAN LEGAL PUBLISHING CORPORATION

   WHEREAS, the City of Ligonier Indiana has heretofore contracted with American Legal Publishing Corporation to re-codify it ordinances; and

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has submitted a proposed re-codification of the City of Ligonier Code of Ordinances; and

   WHEREAS, the Common Council of the Civil City of Ligonier Indiana approves of said re-codification as provided herein.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:

   1.   That Titles 1 through 14 of said re-codification are hereby approved and adopted.

   2.   That Chapter 150,151,152,153, and 154 of Title 15 of said re-codification are hereby approved and adopted.

      ALL OF WHICH IS ORDAINED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
