Any house trailer, mobile home or any dwelling set upon wheels or so constructed as to readily adapt to the use of wheels on the highways of this or any other state, be and they are forbidden within the city limits, or the two-mile zoning limit of the City Zoning Commission, except as specifically set forth hereinafter.
