§ 150.025 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This subchapter shall be in full force and effect from and after the date on which both of the following have occurred:
   (A)   The City Council has adopted this subchapter; and
   (B)   The Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of the state has approved of this subchapter as required by I.C. 22-13-2-5.
