Editor's note(s)—Section 1 of Ord. No. 164-84, adopted Sept. 20, 1984, amended arts. V—VII to read as set out in §§ 16-36—16-71. In some cases completely new provisions were enacted. These will be self-evident, as only Ord. No. 164-84 will be cited in the history note. In other cases, the text of existing subjects was retained. In still other cases, the text was retained but the section number was changed. In those two cases, a complete history note has been included; and, where necessary, a note has been appended, giving the former section number. |
