Sec. 16-19. - Notice required.
Any person that manages or disposes of solid waste within Fayette County pursuant to a Registered Permit-by-Rule under 401 KAR Chapter 47 or disposes of solid waste within Fayette County pursuant to a permit issued by the Kentucky Division of Waste Management under 401 KAR Chapter 48 shall provide written notice of the solid waste management or disposal activity to the department of environmental quality by January 31 of each year. The notice shall contain the following information:
1.   Facility operator name and address;
2.   Permit type and permit number, if any;
3.   Facility location;
4.   Description of solid waste management activities;
5.   Facility contact name and telephone number for obtaining information regarding permitted activities;
6.   Status of the facility's compliance with permit terms and conditions; and
7.   Anticipated operating life of facility.

Editor's note(s)—Ord. No. 143-2009, § 9, adopted July 7, 2009, repealed §§ 16-18—16-28. Sections 16-18 and 16-19 were recreated by §§ 10 and 11 of said ordinance. Former §§ 16-18—16-28 pertained to sanitary landfills, access and site improvement; operation; closing a landfill; penalties; powers and authority of inspector; citizens' committee—created; membership; terms; meetings; duties and functions of committee; and notification of proposed change in policy, etc., respectively, and derived from Ord. No. 126-83, § 1, adopted July 21, 1983; and Ord. No. 286-90, § 6, adopted Dec. 18, 1990.
