LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 15.02. - Election of the First Mayor and Council.
Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 67A, as amended, the first Mayor and the fifteen (15) members of the first Council of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government shall be elected on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, 1973. The nomination and election of said officers shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article Twelve of this Charter.
The qualifications for the first Mayor and the members of the first Council shall be the same as those prescribed in Articles Four and Five of this Charter.
