(1) As used in this section, "Triangle Park" shall mean the triangular-shaped parcel of land bounded by South Broadway, Vine Street and West Main Street, being more particularly described as parcel 2 of the plat of record at plat cabinet A, slide 580 in the county clerk's office.
(2) Within the confines of Triangle Park, no person shall:
(a) Ride a bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, coaster, or any similar device;
(b) Sleep;
(c) Play or wade in the fountains; or
(d) Operate a motorized vehicle, except with permission of the Lexington Center Corporation.
(3) Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both so fined and imprisoned.
