LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 14-51. - Same—Causing rubbish to be thrown therein.
Any person who shall cause or direct any person to deposit any dirt, rubbish, debris or other trash in any of the parks or parkways of the urban county shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
