Sec. 13-70. - Penalty for violation of article.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for not more than twelve (12) months, or both so fined and imprisoned, for each offense.
