Sec. 13-55.1. - Trailer parks; operators to keep register, make reports of occupants for assessment information.
(a)   Every person providing rental space for the parking of house trailers shall, by September 1, 1965, and September 1 of each year thereafter, report the name of the owner, type and size of all house trailers on his premises on July 1, 1965, and July 1 of each year thereafter, to the commissioner of finance. The report required herein shall be made in accordance with the form prescribed by the commissioner of finance and shall be signed and verified by the chief officer or person in charge of the business.
(b)   Every person providing rental space for the parking of house trailers when there is no keeper or operator shall keep a register of all house trailers which make use of the trailer park, such register setting forth:
(1)   The name of owner or occupier;
(2)   The permanent and temporary post office address of the owner or occupier;
(3)   The license of all units;
(4)   The state issuing such a license;
(5)   The date of arrival and departure of each house trailer.
(c)   Any person failing to comply with subsections (a) and (b) of this section shall upon conviction be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense, and each day's failure to so comply shall be a separate offense.
