(a) Every person operating in the urban county musical machines or pinball machines of the coin-in-the-slot variety and used for gain shall pay an annual license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each machine.
(b) Any person operating in the urban county a coin-in-the-slot radio manufactured and adapted for the use of hospitals and similar uses where the speaker unit is separately encased from the remaining portion of the radio and more commonly referred to as a pillow speaker radio shall pay an annual license fee of one dollar ($1.00) for each machine; however, the total license fee paid by any person for operating such pillow speaker radio shall not be more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year, regardless of the number of such machines operated in the urban county by such person.
