LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 6-69.2. - Same—Amount beginning July 1, 1981.
Pursuant to KRS 67A.320 and section 6-69 of this Code of Ordinances, the percentum of salary to be withheld from members for the benefit of their pension fund shall be, beginning the first pay period commencing after July 1, 1981, eight (8) percent of the monthly salary of each such member.
