Sec. 6-69.1. - Same—Amount beginning July 1, 1969; amount beginning January l, 1970.

Pursuant to KRS 90.400 and section 6-49 of this Code, the percentum of salary to be withheld from civil service employees for the benefit of their pension fund shall, beginning July 1, 1969, be four (4) percent of the monthly salary of each such employee, and beginning January 1, 1970, five (5) percent of the monthly salary of each such employee.
