Sec. 5-4.4. - Penalty for violation of section 5-4.3 .

Any person who violates the provisions of section 5-4.3 shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each conviction. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
