LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 2-498. - Quorum.
A majority of the voting members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for transaction of business at any meeting of the commission. The acts of the majority of those present at any regular or special meeting of the commission shall be the acts of the commission.
