LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 2-461. - Quorum.
A majority of the commission shall constitute a quorum for transaction of business at any meeting of the commission. The acts of a majority of those members present at any regular or special meeting of the commission shall be the acts of the commission.
